We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
The Sales Representative will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service along with assessing customers’ needs and provide assistance with information on product features.
Maintains exceptional knowledge of appliances/ parts including product features as the industry changes
Maintains knowledge of computer software systems and other technology systems
Ensure daily sales transactions are completed accurately, maintaining awareness to detail
Understand inventory system and ensure appliances/ parts are in stock or potential availability to communicate to customers
Team up with co-workers to provide superior customer service
Responsible for maintaining cash drawer and balancing cash, credit cards and checks transactions daily. Preparing daily cash-out reports accurately.
Completes required training in the expected time-frame and participates in ongoing learning opportunities. Training may require off-site and overnight travel.
Ensure the store is clean, presentable and the product is well displayed.
Adheres to company policies/ procedures
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
· Must have great communication skills verbally/ written
· Strong computer skills
· Positive attitude and willing to learn
· Must be willing to work as a team player
· Must have pleasant demeanor and professional image and appearance
· Able to multitask calmly and efficiently
· Must be knowledgeable of appliances
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
