Senior Brand Manager
A leading food manufacturer is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead a flagship brand. This role acts as the business owner, driving P&L performance, brand growth, innovation, and marketing across retail and omni-channel environments.
Responsibilities

Own brand P&L and deliver against sales, profit, and share targets.

Lead brand strategy, positioning, and execution across all channels.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and Revenue teams to drive growth.

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and agency partnerships.

Drive omni-channel activation across retail, e-commerce, and in-store.

Leverage syndicated data (IRI/Circana) to inform strategy and optimize performance.

Lead innovation and commercialization, building a multi-year pipeline.

Own pricing, promotion strategy, and category growth initiatives.

Manage budgets, ensuring strong ROI and financial delivery.
Qualifications

7+ years of CPG brand marketing experience, preferably food & beverage.

Bachelor's required; MBA preferred.

Proven P&L ownership and brand growth experience.

Strong analytical skills with IRI/Circana experience.

Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
