Job Title: Rough Carpenter
Pay: $30.00/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

As a Rough Carpenter, you'll be focused on framing and siding, playing a key role in construction projects. You’ll work closely with the project team to deliver results that matter.
What You’ll Do
As a Rough Carpenter, you will be responsible for:
- Read and interpret complex construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine exact specifications preferred
- Accurately measure, cut, and shape framing lumber and other materials using both hand and power tools. Construct and assemble floor beams, subflooring, wall partitions, and roof trusses.
- Removing old or damaged siding and installing moisture barriers (house wrap/tar paper)
- Installing, leveling, and securing siding panels, soffit, fascia, and trim using power tools and fasteners
- Sealing joints, gaps, and edges with caulking or flashing to prevent air and water infiltration
- Maintaining a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 2 to 5+ years in residential or commercial exterior remodeling/construction
- Proficiency with common construction tools and equipment
- A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stay active throughout the workday, and work comfortably outdoors and indoors
- Prior experience in general construction is preferred
