Operations Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations, including production coordination, inventory management, fulfillment, and shipping. This role is critical to ensuring our products are produced efficiently, packaged beautifully, and delivered on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and experienced in food production or warehouse operations, with a strong understanding of operational workflows and logistics.
The Opportunity
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational backbone of our brand. You will work closely with leadership, production partners, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth execution from production planning through delivery.
This role offers the opportunity to:

- Play a key role in supporting growth across B2B, events, and retail channels
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Production
- Coordinate and schedule production runs based on forecasts, orders, and seasonal demand
- Ensure production timelines align with fulfillment and shipping requirements
- Maintain consistency in quality, packaging standards, and product presentation
- Support compliance with food safety, handling, and kosher standards
Fulfillment & Logistics
- Oversee order fulfillment, packing, and shipping processes
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and third-party logistics partners as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery for wholesale, corporate gifting, and event orders
- Troubleshoot fulfillment or shipping issues proactively
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Manage inventory levels for finished goods, packaging, and supplies
- Implement systems for tracking inventory, minimizing waste, and preventing stockouts
- Maintain organized warehouse operations and workflows
- Understand and apply core warehouse fundamentals (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping)
Day-to-Day Operations
- Oversee daily operational tasks and workflows
- Create and improve SOPs for production, fulfillment, and shipping
- Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Required Experience & Fit
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in food production, CPG, or warehouse environments
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, fulfillment, and logistics
- Experience working with physical products, inventory, and shipping operations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
- Hands-on mindset — willing to step in where needed
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in food, chocolate, bakery, or specialty food production
- Familiarity with kosher production standards
- Experience working with small to mid-sized growing brands
- Experience using operational tools or inventory management systems
