American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg position requiring at least 1 year of experience, with night shift hours and every other weekend availability.

Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting

Patient ratio of 1:6

Night shift schedule (3x12-hour shifts), 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Every other weekend required

Floating to other units required
-
Epic EMR used
-
13-week contract

Active IL RN license required (pending license not accepted)

Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS

NIHSS certification preferred

Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

Epic EMR experience preferred

First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Local candidates are accepted

Block scheduling cannot be accommodated

Maximum of 7 days of RTO for the duration of the contract

2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
