Indoor golf is one of the fastest-growing segments in the golf industry, and Indoor Golf Launch is at the center of it. We design, sell, and install premium golf simulator solutions for homeowners, commercial venues, country clubs, and entertainment businesses. We're a new company with big ambitions, a growing pipeline, and a team that moves fast — and we're looking for an Operations Manager to make sure every project we sell gets delivered on time, on budget, and done right the first time.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the operations function of a growing company and grow with it.
The Role
As Operations Manager, you'll own everything that happens after the sale. You'll manage install scheduling and crews, coordinate vendors and inventory, and make sure every customer's simulator experience — from site survey to final calibration — reflects the quality we sell. You'll work hand-in-hand with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate quotes, and you'll build the systems and processes that let us scale.
Your bonus is tied directly to what you control: on-time installs, first-time-right quality, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Own the full project delivery process — from post-sale handoff through site survey, scheduling, installation, and final walkthrough
- Schedule and manage installation crews, keeping projects on time and labor hours on budget
- Conduct or oversee site surveys to catch issues before install day, not on it
- Track job costing — actual hours and materials vs. quote — and protect gross margin on every project
- Minimize callbacks and warranty trips through quality control and crew training
- Coordinate closely with sales on quoting accuracy, timelines, and customer expectations
- Handle post-install support, service issues, and warranty coordination
- Build the playbook: checklists, processes, and systems that make our installs repeatable and scalable
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of operations, project management, or field service management experience — construction, AV integration, low-voltage, home improvement, or similar install-based businesses are a strong fit
- Experience managing crews, subcontractors, or field technicians
- Strong scheduling, budgeting, and job-costing instincts — you know where margin leaks and how to stop it
- Comfort with project management and CRM/job-costing software
- A builder's mentality — you create processes rather than wait for them
- Excellent communication skills with customers, crews, and vendors
- Golf knowledge or simulator/AV technical experience is a plus, but operational excellence matters most
