Beyond Juicery + Eatery is a Michigan based rapidly growing fast casual restaurant that provides fresh, healthy food and beverage choices. Since 2005 we have provided our customers with made to order smoothies, raw juices, wraps, and salads. We aim to provide the freshest product and a one of a kind customer service experience that creates raving fans.
Beyond Juice Manager Qualities:
Our Manager’s priority is to ensure we are the best part of our customers’ day by providing excellent customer service and consistently producing a quality product. In order to effectively lead your Team, you must possess the following qualities:
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Extensive product knowledge and understanding of our menu.
Display professionalism when interacting with Team Members and customers.
Be the example in your store; consistently demonstrate honesty, integrity and outstanding work ethic.
Restaurant experience is preferred.
