PAF Transportation is seeking an experienced lead Class A CDL delivery driver for the Hampden location. This position is home daily, works primarily a daytime shift with weekends off. All drivers will be in a rotation to cover night drivers vacations. We offer a modern, clean facility, modern equipment and competitive compensation package.
- Our drivers must be at least 21 years old.
- We are looking for applicants with a minimum of 1 year tractor/trailer experience.
- A Class A CDL with tanker and HAZMAT endorsements are preferred.
- We are looking for drivers with a stable work record and strong work ethic to add to our exceptional team.
- Safe driving records (MVR as well as previous employers) are required for our employees.
- All drivers must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen, FMCSA Clearinghouse and obtain a one-year DOT medical certificate at a Company approved medical provider.
- Responsibilities
- - Safely operate a Tractor-trailer for daytime deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.- Utilize delivery driver experience to plan efficient routes and deliver goods on time. Maintain a valid CDL A license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.- Inspect and maintain vehicle and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate delivery schedules. We offer a Competitive wage with a financially stable carrier.
