Phone Repair Technician Position Details
Are you worried the robots are coming for your job?
Are you tired or making 7 word coffee orders or organizing pepperoni on cheese?

We work in teams of 3 to 5 techs, if you are curious, dependable and committed to improve:
-You’ll learn how to interact with the customers to understand their issue and record it in our system.
-You’ll learn how to diagnose the issue and how to explain the repair options to our customers.
-You’ll learn how to repair any device out there.

If you can already repair phones, tablets or computers it would be fantastic. However, no previous repair experience is necessary! A love of tinkering with electronics and great attention to detail are a must in this job. We’ll teach you a skill set that can become a successful long term career. You’ll learn how to fix anything electronic from smartphones like Samsung Galaxy and iPhones to MacBook, TV’s, Laptops and game consoles.
Since we promote from within, this position is the step stone to a progression to store management.
The progression can be very quick depending on your performance.

Phone Repair Technician Basic Qualifications
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Work well in team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED
Phone Repair Technician Preferred Qualifications
- A+ Certification
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT)
- Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles
- Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics
- Previous experience working at retail electronics store
