Job Expectations & Responsibilities
- Direct Field Operations: Supervise and work alongside field crews daily to complete commercial landscaping, property maintenance, and grounds management tasks.
- Project Execution: Oversee specific site projects, including large-scale weed barrier installations, vacant lot shredding, heavy brush clearing, and complete property refreshes.
- Site Management: Ensure job sites are properly prepped, safely operated, and thoroughly cleaned at the end of every shift.
- Workflow & Reporting: Check daily site locations and upload progress notes and site photos for ownership. You will not be responsible for employee time tracking.
- Equipment Operations: Safely operate and oversee the use of standard landscaping equipment and heavy machinery, including skid steers.
- Maintenance Coordination: Monitor equipment health and communicate routine preventative maintenance needs or repairs directly to our in-house mechanic, Jeff.
- Quality Control: Inspect all completed work to ensure it meets company standards before moving the crew to the next location.
Requirements
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is mandatory for effective communication with the crew.
- Experience: Proven supervisory or foreman experience in commercial landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance.
- Equipment: Hands-on experience operating commercial landscaping equipment and skid steers.
- Licensing: Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 to ~5-6
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
