Are you high-energy, organized, and ready to lead a team in a fast-paced, fun environment? Jumping World is looking for a dynamic Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our guests have a safe, thrilling experience every time they walk through our doors.
As the Floor Manager, you are the heartbeat of the park. You’ll be on the move, leading our staff, engaging with the community, and working closely with the General Manager to keep the "bounce" in our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily operations to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and running efficiently.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the General Manager to implement site goals and maintain a high standard of service.
- Customer Experience: Act as the face of Jumping World! Greet guests, build lasting relationships with local families, and handle inquiries with a professional, "can-do" attitude.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and file daily/weekly reports regarding park performance and safety.
- Team Support: Supervise floor staff, ensuring everyone is in position and providing excellent service to our jumpers.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (retail, hospitality, or entertainment preferred).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills—you should love talking to people and building a community vibe.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills are a must for reporting and scheduling.
- Problem Solvers: The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle the "controlled chaos" of a busy weekend.
Bonus Points (Preferred Skills)
- Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish is a huge plus!
- Advanced Tech: Experience with POS systems or advanced digital reporting.
