We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a dynamic company specializing in event coordination, entertainment, media, and talent management. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient office operations while supporting multiple projects and departments in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling activities.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and operational teams.
- Coordinate communications via email, phone calls, and messaging platforms.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and administrative follow-up.
- Handle invoices, expense tracking, and basic administrative records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and meeting logistics when necessary.
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company matters.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
- Experience supporting events, entertainment, media, or creative industries is a plus.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Pay: $10.50 - $13.00 per hour
