Warehouse Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations through inventory management, administrative duties, and hands-on warehouse support.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain inventory, purchasing, bill of materials (BOM), and master file data using the company's database system.
- Spend a minimum of 6 hours per day performing data entry and inventory management tasks on a computer.
- Monitor and maintain the status of open and closed purchase orders, emergency orders, receiving tickets, and inventory requisitions.
- Assign product numbers to warehouse requisitions and verify quantities for accuracy.
- Organize, maintain, and accurately file all warehouse-related documentation.
- Prepare and deliver receiving and delivery documentation to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with all warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, stocking, picking, distributing, loading, and unloading materials and parts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse personnel and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics experience preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications.
- Experience with Syteline software is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and copiers.
- Forklift certification or the ability to safely operate a forklift is required.
- Valid Class C driver's license.
- Basic math, reading, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based work.
- Ability to frequently climb stairs (more than five times daily).
- Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to perform the physical demands of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, loading, unloading, and material handling.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
