You're the Right Fit If You…
· Are coachable, driven, and a natural communicator
· Hold an active Arkansas P&C license or are committed to obtaining one
· Have 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management
· Are passionate about client service and take pride in going above and beyond
· Have familiarity with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system
· Hold a college degree, preferred but not required
What You'll Do
This role is about relationships, expertise, and making things happen for clients. Here’s where you’ll spend your energy:
· Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial clients, handling day-to-day needs and building lasting relationships
· Drive the renewal process from start to finish, keeping clients protected and accounts retained
· Prepare and send market submissions, negotiating on behalf of clients to find the best fit
· Complete coverage analyses for current and prospective clients, helping them understand what they have and what they need
· Support the sales team in winning new business and onboarding prospective clients
· Mentor Assistant Account Managers and Small Business Account Managers, contributing to the growth of the team around you
· Embrace new technology, including AI tools being integrated into our agency workflows
