We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and reliable Retail Associate to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. If you enjoy working with people and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in the showroom and take orders.
- Check voicemail and answer the phone.
- Heat press apparel.
- Keep the showroom clean and stocked.
- Organize inventory.
- Basic Computer Knowledge including Google Docs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Characteristics for Success:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with the public and answering the phone.
- Ability to work in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Capable of multitasking.
- Basic Math skills
- Effective time management.
- Efficient communicating skills & legible handwriting.
- Previous retail experience is helpful but not required.
