Job Description
Cambay Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) for a 26-week travel assignment in Greensboro, North Carolina.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Med Surg/Telemetry nurses looking for a long-term travel contract. Travel pairs or groups are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to Medical Surgical and Telemetry patients.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient status.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR.
- Serve as Charge RN when assigned.
- Float to other Cone Health facilities as needed.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Minimum required Med Surg/Telemetry experience.
- Previous Epic EMR experience required.
- Comfortable caring for a 1:6 patient ratio.
- Ability to work Charge Nurse assignments when needed.
- Willingness to float across all Cone Health facilities as required.

- Night Shift
- 3x12 Hours
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Every Other Weekend (EOW)
- Holiday Rotation Required
