About the Role
Lock It Lending is building a high-volume mortgage call center in Houston and is hiring Mortgage Sales Representative to support our licensed Loan Officers.
This is a phone-driven, front-end inside sales role focused on outbound calling, prospecting, lead intake, and generating warm transfers to licensed Loan Officers.
This role is designed for sales professionals who want a structured entry into the mortgage industry and a clear, performance-based path to becoming a licensed Loan Officer.
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to provided lead sources
- Speak with current homeowners and potential homebuyers
- Identify refinance and purchase opportunities
- Conduct basic needs discovery and collect initial intake information
- Set expectations and build interest in speaking with a licensed Loan Officer
- Deliver live warm transfers to licensed Loan Officers
- Support the licensed team by properly documenting activity in the CRM
- Maintain consistent activity, talk time, and conversion metrics

Experience Preferred

Typical timeline to transition into a licensed Loan Officer role is 90–180 days, based on performance and licensing progress.
Schedule & Work Environment
- In-office, Houston (Westchase)
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Call-center environment with required dialer and talk-time expectations

Pay: $24,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
