Twin City Staffing is seeking a CNC machining technician to join a growing team in Becker, MN. This hands-on role involves operating CNC equipment, performing part inspections, and supporting daily machining operations. Location: Becker, MN
Pay: $20 – $22+/hour, depending on experience
Hours: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday – Friday

Responsibilities of the CNC machining technician:
- Operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce machined components
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean
- Monitor equipment for malfunctions or deviations during production
- Record production activity and inspection results accurately
- Work with programmers, engineers, and quality personnel as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace
Qualifications of the CNC machining technician:
- Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and standard measuring tools
- Mechanical aptitude with good troubleshooting skills
