As an Evening Shift Registered Behavior Technician, you will work with our dedicated team to provide personalized ABA therapy services to children with autism. You will be responsible for working one-on-one with clients, implementing behavioral plans, and tracking progress. **Responsibilities:**
* Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism in a clinic or home setting
* Implement behavioral plans and track progress, making data-driven decisions to inform treatment

* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., behavior analysis, psychology, special education)
* Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
* Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
* Strong communication, observational, and recording skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
