Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Chiropractor / Clinic Director to lead our chiropractic team and oversee daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chiropractic care, patient assessment, and clinic management. Responsibilities
- Provide expert chiropractic care including patient observation, physical examinations, and diagnosis of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop personalized care plans focusing on pain management, acute pain relief, and overall patient well-being.
- Perform specialized treatments such as trigger point therapy and occupational health assessments to address diverse patient needs.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments utilizing physiology knowledge, medical terminology, and anatomy expertise to determine appropriate interventions.
- Manage patient care through detailed documentation, progress tracking, and adjustment of treatment strategies based on clinical findings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic primary care delivery and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Oversee clinic operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations, maintaining a positive environment, and fostering professional development among staff.
Experience
- Proven experience as a licensed chiropractor with a strong focus on patient care and pain management techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to perform thorough physical examinations, interpret medical imaging results, and develop effective treatment plans.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and clinical procedures relevant to chiropractic practice.
- Experience in managing acute pain cases, occupational health issues, and implementing trigger point therapy protocols.
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience in clinic management or directorial roles within healthcare settings.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
