AT&T Wireless Associate

As an AT&T Wireless Associate, you'll work directly with customers to understand their communication needs and recommend wireless plans, devices, and features that fit their lifestyle.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and creating positive customer experiences. We provide comprehensive training, so previous wireless experience isn't necessary.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and learn about their wireless needs through genuine conversations
- Recommend AT&T products, devices, and service plans that best match each customer's goals
- Walk customers through activations, account setup, upgrades, and new service enrollments
- Clearly explain available promotions, pricing, and product features
- Deliver a professional, informative, and enjoyable customer experience from start to finish
- Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
- Share customer insights and feedback with leadership to support continuous improvement
- Attend ongoing training sessions to strengthen product knowledge, communication skills, and professional development
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and people skills

- Coachable, dependable, and motivated to succeed
- Comfortable speaking with customers and identifying their needs
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is helpful, but not required
- Wireless industry or AT&T experience is a plus, but we'll provide the training needed to succeed
