About the role:
We’re looking for an outgoing team player who can help lead their site with passion and purpose. As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for establishing a ‘Second to None’ customer experience for Thrive members and guests as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations of your site, such as:
- Greeting Members + guests when they enter, making them feel welcome and assisting them as needed.
- Administrative functions such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, mail sorting + distribution, and helping schedule meeting room bookings.
- Coordinating, promoting, and working social + networking events.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as well as daily, weekly and monthly checklists to ensure the site is appealing to the 5 Senses and Thrive’s set expectations. Tasks include:
-Brewing and refreshing coffee + tea
-Restocking snack + soda products
-Auditing office, kitchen, janitorial, snack and beverage supply inventory
-Tidying meeting rooms + checking for A/V equipment functionality
-Dusting and cleaning surfaces
-Restroom upkeep
-Restocking dishes
-General organizing/tidying
- Supporting the Community Manager with any other admin and cleaning tasks.
- Overseeing front desk responsibilities while Manager is on break and occasional full or partial day coverage of the site while Manager is out sick/on vacation.
- Communicating with sales leads as needed; updating/creating leads in CRM system and assisting with tours.
About you:
- Excellent communication (verbal, written and promotional) and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexible and creative problem solver.
- Able to address conflict and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Adaptive to change and self-motivated for personal and professional development.
- Experience in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc).
- Nice to have: Experience with CRM and billing platforms and Canva.

This role is for an average of 20-30 hours per week, primarily supporting the Centennial location. Additional hours may be available when support or coverage is needed at other Thrive locations (Ballpark, Cherry Creek, Castle Rock, Centennial).
