We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities, grow existing accounts, and expand market share within a designated territory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, networking, relationship-building, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000+
- Uncapped Monthly Commissions
- On-Target Earnings: $115,000 - $120,000+

ResponsibilitiesProspect and Generate New Business
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
Grow and Retain Accounts
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and account management.
Develop Sales Opportunities
- Prepare proposals, bids, and pricing recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
Territory Management
- Develop strategic plans to maximize market penetration.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with operations and service teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Support onboarding and service launches for new clients.
QualificationsRequired
- 2+ years of outside sales, business development, or territory sales experience.
- Proven success generating new business through prospecting and cold calling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
Preferred
- Experience selling services to commercial customers.
- B2B sales experience.
- Construction, facility services, maintenance, property management, industrial, staffing, or related industry experience.
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
