We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working in occupied homes, and wants to be part of a professional remodeling team.

Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing rough-in and finish work for kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Install, relocate, repair, and replace water supply, drain, waste, and vent piping
- Install sinks, faucets, toilets, tubs, shower systems, valves, and other plumbing fixtures
- Connect dishwashers, garbage disposals, refrigerators, washing machines, and other household appliances
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, low water pressure, and other residential plumbing problems
- Modify existing plumbing systems to accommodate new remodeling layouts
- Perform pressure tests and inspect completed work for leaks and proper operation
- Read blueprints and remodeling drawings
- Ensure all work complies with the Florida Building Code, applicable plumbing codes, and local requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, building officials, and inspectors
- Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship
Additional Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is also comfortable performing minor remodeling and general construction tasks when plumbing work is complete.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of residential plumbing experience
- Experience with kitchen, bathroom, condominium, and residential remodeling
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of residential water supply, drain, waste, and vent systems
- Working knowledge of the Florida Building Code and applicable plumbing requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively in occupied homes while protecting customers’ property
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to safely lift and carry plumbing fixtures, equipment, and materials
