Your expertise will ensure precise measurements, seamless assembly, and flawless installation of high-quality cabinets that elevate interior spaces. Responsibilities
- Create detailed cabinet engineering drawings and CNC-ready files.
- Prepare shop drawings, cut lists, assembly paperwork, hardware requirements, and other production documents.
- Review designs for accuracy, functionality, constructability, and material efficiency.
- Order materials, inserts, hardware, and components for assigned projects.
- Troubleshoot design and production issues and make necessary corrections.
- Assist Designers with complex design and engineering challenges.
- Participate in project and production meetings.
- Provide technical support to Designers, Sales, Project Managers, Bidding Managers, Project Coordinators, and shop personnel.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Ensure projects are accurate, optimized, and ready for production.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Mozaik and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Cabinet Vision and/or Microvellum is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of CNC production and cabinet manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, hardware, and installation requirements.
- Ability to read architectural plans, elevations, and technical drawings.
- Strong drafting, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- 2+ years of experience in cabinet engineering, cabinet design, millwork, or a related field preferred.

Experience with additional CAD/CAM, CNC, or cabinet design software is a plus.
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
