Duties
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to attract potential customers and increase brand awareness across multiple platforms
- Engage with online inquiries promptly through phone, email, and social media channels, providing expert guidance on vehicle options and financing
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, utilizing cold calling techniques to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Manage B2B relationships with dealerships, corporate clients, and other partners to facilitate high-end vehicle sales
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and manage the sales process efficiently
- Upsell additional products or services such as extended warranties or accessories during the sales process
- Support inventory management by coordinating with the dealership team to ensure accurate inventory control and availability for customers
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end or B2B transactions
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to engage customers professionally
- Proficiency with CRM software, inventory management systems, and marketing tools used in digital sales environments
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards such as dealership operations, inventory control, retail math, and automotive terminology
