Chiropractic Assistant
Club West Chiropractic | Chiropractic Acupuncture Massage
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team!
This is an active, hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, learning new things, and being part of something bigger than themselves.
At Club West Chiropractic, we are building more than a chiropractic office. We are creating a healing and wellness center where patients come in looking for relief and leave feeling better, happier, more positive, and cared for.
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of creating that experience every day.
Who We Are Looking For
The right person for this position is:
- Proactive – You see what needs to be done and take initiative without always being asked.
- A fast learner – You are excited to learn new therapies, procedures, technology, and systems.
- Energetic – You enjoy moving around and staying busy rather than sitting at a desk all day.
- People-oriented – You genuinely enjoy interacting with patients and helping people feel comfortable and cared for.
- Positive – You bring good energy into the office and understand that your attitude can affect a patient's entire experience.
- A team player – You jump in to help your coworkers and understand that everyone contributes to the success of the office.
- Detail-oriented – You understand the importance of completing tasks correctly, documenting patient care, and making sure nothing gets missed.
- Interested in healthcare and wellness – A medical, chiropractic, therapy, fitness, or other healthcare background is preferred.
- Someone who wants to grow – We want someone who is interested in learning, taking on responsibility, and becoming an important part of our team.

You do not need to know everything when you walk through our doors.
We will train you.
We will start with the core responsibilities of patient care, therapies, room turnover, cleaning, patient flow, and daily office operations. Once those skills are mastered, we will continue training you on additional administrative, patient communication, insurance, billing, and follow-up responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, asks questions, takes initiative, and wants to become great at what they do.

You might be a great fit if you have experience as a:
- Chiropractic Assistant
- Medical Assistant
- Physical Therapy Aide
- Healthcare Assistant
- CNA
- Massage or wellness professional
- Dental Assistant
- Other healthcare or patient-care professional
Healthcare experience is preferred, but attitude, work ethic, willingness to learn, and personality are extremely important to us.

We want patients to feel something when they walk into our office.
We want them to feel welcomed.
We want them to feel cared for.
We want them to feel hopeful.
