Job Summary

Duties
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory safely and efficiently
- Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Stock shelves, bins, and storage areas while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Prepare shipments by packaging products securely for delivery and verifying shipping labels and documentation
- Conduct shipping & receiving tasks including inspecting incoming goods and processing outbound orders in compliance with company standards
- Support inventory control through cycle counts, stock adjustments, and updating records in the warehouse management system
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or similar logistics setting is preferred
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, RF scanners, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software is highly desirable
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus
- Strong basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities
- Experience with order picking & packing for e-commerce or retail distribution is beneficial
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with familiarity with load & unload operations
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and stock management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols
