Edwards Living is looking for Maintenance Supervisor to oversee an upscale luxury community in Orlando, FL. Candidate must be able to successfully manage a maintenance team and associated contractors. Requirements for this full-time position:
- Oversee daily activities of the community by ensuring that the property/maintenance department is efficiently maintained.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at one time.
- HVAC certified is preferred. Applicant should have property management experience with an emphasis in plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, painting, and drywall.
- On-call responsibilities.
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- Keep property management office, landscaping, community amenities, and common areas free of trash and debris.
- Must have the ability to operate property equipment, such as shampoo equipment, blowers, pressure washers, vacuums, compressors, and other general machinery in order to complete a service request.
