Are you ready to bring the sparkle & shine to every space you touch? We are on the lookout for self motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Start cleaning residential homes, commercial spaces, and rental homes with us. We typically work independently, so put on your head phones and enjoy a low mental stress job. All products and equipment are provided, and we make sure you are supported during your shifts. We will train the right individual in our cleaning methods.
**Only apply if you live within 45 minutes of Conifer & Bailey CO have a reliable vehicle capable of mountain driving, and are able to work 15 hours a week consistently.**
Position: Cleaning Technician
Location: Conifer, Bailey, Pine, Morrison & Evergreen
Hours: 15-30 hours, flexible part-time positions
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas using our check-list.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
- Communicate effectively with management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently or as a team.
- Punctual and reliable with self-motivation.
- Able to lift up to 30 LBS, bend, twist, and kneel. Job requires a fast pace and can often be considered a mild work-out.
- Reliable 4WD car, must be able to drive on dirt roads or mountain roads, steep driveways, and snow covered ground up to 4 inches. Valid Colorado Drivers License. We show up rain/snow or shine.
