CDL Driver – Residential, Commercial & Roll-Off

We’re currently hiring Residential Route Drivers, Commercial Front/Rear-Load Drivers, and Roll-Off Drivers. If you’re versatile and enjoy variety, we especially value drivers who are capable of jumping between different positions as needed.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate dual-axle automated disposal trucks, side-load, rear-load, or roll-off equipment
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Report route changes, mechanical issues, or concerns to your driver supervisor
- Use company-provided tablets to log routes and updates
- Communicate with customer service regarding account issues
- Maintain safety and compliance standards at all times
Requirements
- Valid CDL license (Class B or higher)
- 2–4 years of driving experience preferred (will consider less with strong work ethic)
- Ability to work across multiple truck types (residential, commercial, roll-off) is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
