Pay: $20.00 – $45.00/hour (commensurate with experience) + Bonuses & Commission

The Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of our company—servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and food prep equipment across our client network. You’ll head straight from home to your daily sites with full support from our experienced office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC units, walk-in/reach-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, and food prep equipment.
- Utilize simple smartphone apps to fulfill invoices, complete job notes, take photo documentation, and communicate with the office.
- Provide friendly, honest service to customers to maintain our 90+ year reputation for quality.
- Identify potential equipment upgrades or sales opportunities to earn extra commission.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates with mid-level functionality and solid mechanical aptitude. You don't need to know every system on day one, but you must have a eagerness to learn and a positive attitude. High-value, experienced candidates looking for a better culture are also welcome to apply!
Requirements:
- EPA Certification: Type 1 & Type 2 required (Universal certification preferred).
- Hands-on Skills: Experience with brazing, soldering, and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required to operate company vehicles.
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using a smartphone for job logs, photos, and communication.
- Personal Tools: Must own your own basic hand tools and manifold gauges (major equipment provided).
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background Check: Candidates must be able to pass a background check, as we service sensitive client locations.
