Responsibilities:

Take and process drive-thru orders accurately and efficiently.

Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Prepare drinks, shakes, and bag orders for guests.

Maintain speed and accuracy during lunch and daytime rushes.

Keep the drive-thru area clean, stocked, and organized.

Follow all food safety and company procedures.

Work closely with BOH and FOH team members to ensure smooth operations.
