Your day-to-day work centers around three main areas:
- Handcrafting Signature Drinks: You will precisely measure, brew specialty teas, prepare brown sugar boba, and blend cream slushes.
- Artful Dessert Presentation: You will handle and serve delicate pastries, towel cakes to adding perfect toppings like salted milk caps, mochi skewers, or red bean.
- Guest Experience & Operations: You will welcome local guests, take orders accurately on the POS system, manage delivery tickets (like Uber Eats and DoorDash), and maintain a spotless, organized bar and seating area.
What it takes: No intense kitchen experience is required, but you need a sharp eye for detail, a friendly attitude for customer interactions, and the ability to keep your cool when a weekend rush hits.
