Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Subcontractor Cleaner to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across various residential and commercial properties. As a key part of our cleaning network, you will deliver exceptional cleaning services that ensure safe, sanitary, and welcoming environments for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while making a tangible difference in people's daily lives through thorough cleaning and maintenance.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in residential homes, commercial spaces, hotels, and other facilities, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Conduct specialized floor care procedures such as stripping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas by performing janitorial duties such as window washing, restroom sanitation, and equipment sanitization.
- Provide excellent customer service by respecting client preferences and addressing any specific cleaning requests professionally.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and janitorial procedures.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and laundry machines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
