At Soar Autism Center, you'll join a team that is deeply committed to exceptional, ethical care for young children. We practice play-based, trauma-informed ABA aligned with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) in integrated care centers where collaboration with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers is part of everyday practice. We hold ourselves to a high clinical standard — and we make it achievable, with caseloads of 7-9 children per BCBA, structured training, and support from clinical leaders.
How the role is designed:
Soar's BCBA role is built for clinicians who want to keep growing in their practice and career. You'll learn an evidence-based care model for young learners and build fluency through structured onboarding, hands-on coaching, and regular collaboration. Prior ESDM experience is not required — what matters is a commitment to learning the model and delivering thoughtful, high-quality care.
For experienced clinicians who want to expand their impact, the role also provides a pathway to deeper clinical leadership: mentoring teammates, contributing to clinical quality initiatives, and developing toward roles such as Clinical Trainer, center and regional leadership, or specialized clinical positions.
The details:
- Base pay: $86,000-$113,500 based on experience and location. Annual performance bonus potential up to $3,800. Additional compensation beyond the range, up to $20,000 per year, is added for achieving ESDM certification.
- Bonus: Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus, based on start date and location.
- Caseload: 7-9 children per BCBA, designed to support depth and quality of care.
- Hybrid: One work-from-home day per week for each BCBA, with the possibility of two work-from-home days depending on center maturity, clinical needs, and team coordination.
- Clinical growth: Specialized training opportunities in the ESDM and PFA-SBT, with training costs covered by Soar.
- Collaboration: Work with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and developmental pediatricians to advance care for your clients

Job responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team, including SLP, OT, psychology, and developmental pediatrics, on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
- Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust treatment plans based on data.
- Partner with families through clear guidance, compassionate communication, and practical support.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, clinical calibration, and professional development to continually strengthen care quality.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience delivering ABA services in an early intervention setting.
- Openness to learning a new care model and incorporating coaching and feedback into clinical practice.
- Preferred: Background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
