We are looking for a Business Office Associate to join our team and support our accounting operations with a focus on accounts receivable, collections, invoicing, and customer account management. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow, ensuring accurate billing, and providing excellent customer service.

What You'll DoManage Accounts Receivable & Collections
- Monitor customer, fleet, commercial, and wholesale accounts
- Review aging reports and follow up on past-due balances
- Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices through phone, email, and written communication
- Maintain accurate records of collection activity and account status
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company credit and collection policies
Support Billing & Invoicing
- Process and distribute invoices for completed repair orders
- Verify invoice accuracy and supporting documentation before sending
- Maintain records confirming invoice delivery
- Ensure billing descriptions are complete, detailed, and easy for customers to understand
Maintain Customer Accounts
- Update and maintain customer account information
- Verify billing details, purchase order requirements, and payment methods
- Ensure customer records remain accurate and current
- Assist with resolving account discrepancies and billing questions
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members
- Document account activity thoroughly and accurately
- Build positive customer relationships while maintaining accountability for collections
What We're Looking For
- Previous accounts receivable, collections, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working with accounting software and Microsoft Office programs
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
