We are hiring a motivated Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our growing team as an AT&T Authorized Dealer. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build experience in sales, customer service, wireless solutions, and professional communication while helping residents find the right AT&T products and services.
As a Sales and Customer Service Associate, you will work in an in-person customer-facing environment, connecting with residents, providing exceptional customer service, and educating customers on AT&T wireless products, plans, and devices. Our team provides paid training, ongoing support, and the tools needed to develop strong sales and customer service skills.
Responsibilities of a Sales and Customer Service Associate:
- Represent AT&T products and services through professional, in-person customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service while helping residents find wireless solutions that fit their needs
- Educate customers on AT&T wireless plans, devices, and available promotions
- Build strong customer relationships through communication and product knowledge
- Achieve individual and team sales goals in a customer-focused environment
- Recommend personalized AT&T solutions based on customer needs
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience during every interaction
- Stay knowledgeable about AT&T wireless services, products, and promotions
- Support team success through strong sales performance and collaboration
