Location: St. Peters, MO
Salary: $72,800 Starting Salary | Up to $80,000 for Experienced FedEx BC Candidates
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on
Business Contact (BC) to join our growing FedEx Ground operation in the St. Louis market.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily pickup and delivery operations
- Manage and coach drivers to ensure safety, service, and productivity goals are met
- Monitor route performance and implement operational improvements
- Assist with driver recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Conduct ride-alongs, observations, and performance discussions as needed
- Ensure compliance with FedEx Ground standards, DOT regulations, and company policies
- Serve as the primary point of contact between drivers, contractors, and terminal management
- Handle scheduling, attendance issues, and day-to-day operational challenges
Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of FedEx Ground management experience required
Previous
FedEx BC experience strongly preferred
Candidates with
3+ years of FedEx Ground leadership experience are highly encouraged to apply
Strong knowledge of FedEx Ground systems, safety protocols, and operational expectations
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing operational needs
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet FedEx contractor requirements
Compensation & Growth
- Starting salary of $72,800 annually
- Up to $80,000 annually for candidates with prior BC experience
