This rapidly growing organization is expanding across the country and is searching for a Market Vice President in Scottsdale, AZ.
The Market Vice President – Arizona is a true ownership role. You will be the face of the company in the state and the Southwest region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy with full accountability for revenue targets.
- Leverage and build on your existing network across the HNW ecosystem: private banking, wealth management, corporate law, CPA firms, country clubs, yacht/boating communities, luxury real estate, and private equity.
- Drive new member acquisition — both individual HNW clients and business travel
- Guide prospects through the sales process in partnership with your Business Development Associate, who will handle aviation-specific product knowledge, itinerary pricing, and program details.
- Represent the company at marquee events, charity galas, golf tournaments, club events, and networking functions throughout the Southwest region.
- Identify companies headquartered or operating in Arizona that would benefit from a structured corporate aviation solution
- Engage C-suite executives, CFOs, and the Office of the CEO to introduce the company’s corporate flight programs as a productivity, recruitment, and lifestyle benefit.
- Navigate complex organizational buying processes and multi-stakeholder decisions.
Key qualifications include:
- 5–10+ years in a relationship-driven sales, business development, or client-facing leadership role.
- Deep, authentic relationships within one or more HNW-adjacent communities in Arizona — banking/wealth management, law, accounting, manufacturing, private equity, luxury lifestyle, country club/social networks, or corporate C-suites.
- Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial drive; comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
