A leading plaintiff’s law firm in Los Angeles specializing in serious personal injury and complex civil litigation is seeking a driven attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes ownership of their cases, and is committed to advocating for injured clients.
You will manage your own caseload with the support of a full litigation team—including paralegals, legal assistants, and law‑and‑motion attorneys—so you can focus on strategy, case development, and high‑level advocacy.

Responsibilities
Independently prosecute plaintiff’s personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Handle court appearances, including law and motion hearings and case management conferences
Perform legal research and draft high‑quality briefs, motions, and pleadings
Work closely with experts, including interviewing, preparing, and coordinating testimony
Strategize case direction, evaluate liability and damages, and prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
Qualifications
Active membership in the California State Bar
Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or plaintiff‑side practice
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with a litigation team
Commitment to client service and ethical, high‑quality legal work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
