Baskin Robbins is hiring for part time or full time experienced cake decorator!
While the main job is to decorate cakes, you may be required to assist the front in helping serving customers. The position requires you to maintain an above average store presentation and service for our customers. You must be detail-oriented with the ability to work as a team in a very fast-paced environment.
To qualify for this position you must be able to:
Speak with others using a clear and professional language; Must be able to fluently communicate in English
Work flexible hours which include weekends, evenings, and holidays (Operating hours range from 10:30am-10:30pm)
Follow all company and safety and security policies
Welcome and acknowledge all customers according to company standards and anticipate and address customers service needs
Support the team to reach common goals
Be focused, energetic, and have strong attention to detail
Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Restocking of supplies
Maintaining a clean and organized working environment
Cash handling
Scooping ice cream and following recipes to company standards
Assisting customers as needed with a friendly & approachable attitude
Option to advance to building and decorating cakes
Physical Requirements for this job include:
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time; and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by managers or supervisors.
