Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions
- Supporting residents during meals and activities
- Maintaining accurate documentation as required
- Working collaboratively with nursing staff and team members to ensure excellent resident care
Qualifications:
- Caregiving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must successfully complete all required background clearances
