Position Overview
We are seeking Financial Professionals to educate clients, provide financial guidance, and help families protect and grow their wealth.
This opportunity offers flexibility, mentorship, professional development, and uncapped income potential for individuals who are willing to learn and grow.
Please Note: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Compensation is performance-based. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary.
Responsibilities
● Meet with individuals and families virtually or in person
● Educate clients on life insurance, retirement planning, and wealth-building strategies
● Conduct financial needs analyses
● Present personalized financial solutions based on client goals
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships
● Generate business through networking, referrals, and community outreach
● Participate in training and professional development
● Work closely with mentors and leadership to develop your business
Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
● Active Life & Health Insurance License ( Preferred but not Required)
● Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, real estate, sales, customer service, or business development

We welcome individuals who are willing to obtain their Life & Health Insurance License. Training, mentorship, and support are provided throughout the licensing process.
Compensation
1099 Independent Contractor

Typical earnings range from $2,000 to $10,000+ per month, depending on licensing status, production, and individual effort.

● Must be at least 21 years old
