The Compensation & Perks
- Target Earnings: $120,000.00 – $160,000.00+ per year.
- The "HEART" Guarantee: 40-hour guaranteed work week base hourly rate (Mon–Fri).
- High Volume, High Earnings: Our shop is busy! Techs here average 50–60+ Booking Hours weekly. You’ll receive your guaranteed base pay PLUS an additional hourly "bump" for all production hours, allowing for uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do (as an High Level Automotive Technician)
- Advanced diagnostics and electrical work using lab-scopes and pressure transducer testing.
- Execute major repairs: Engine and Transmission replacements, timing belts, suspension, and brake systems.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a high-energy, supportive team culture.
- Maintain quality standards that keep our community coming back.
What You Bring
- Expertise Required: We are seeking a seasoned High Level Automotive Technician with a minimum of 6–10 years of professional shop experience. This role is reserved for top-tier diagnosticians who have mastered the craft.
- Technical Skill: Absolute mastery of engine/transmission swaps and advanced diagnostics and electrical work.
- Skill Set: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities, especially with electrical and drivability issues (A-Level or Master Technician level).
- Versatility: Comfort with Domestic, Foreign, Hybrid, and Electric vehicles.
- Certifications: ASEs are highly preferred (we provide prep tools and pay bumps for passed tests!).
- Drive: A valid driver’s license and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
