Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate our security functions. This role is vital in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, staff, and clients through effective management of physical security operations. The Security Operations Manager will lead field operations, manage security personnel, and serve as a key point of contact for client and staff communication during security incidents. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer service mindset, and hands-on experience in physical security management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily security operations to ensure safety protocols are consistently followed across all sites.
- Manage and supervise field operations managers and security supervisors to maintain high standards of performance.
- Lead boots-on-the-ground security activities, including patrols, access control, and incident response.
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients when conflicts or security issues arise, providing clear guidance and resolution strategies.
- Coordinate with team members to develop and implement security procedures that enhance overall safety.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep security personnel informed of best practices and company policies.
- Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents, making critical decisions to mitigate risks.
- Foster a customer service-oriented approach within the security team to enhance client satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in physical security management or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, including supervising security personnel or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle conflict resolution professionally.
- Experience leading on-the-ground security operations in dynamic environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and relevant safety regulations.
- Prior experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in a security context is advantageous.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
