Liasions Community Care, LLC is seeking a reliable and compassionate Driver to provide transportation for clients to and from group sessions at our behavioral/mental health facility. The Driver will ensure the safety and well-being of clients while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Safely transport clients to and from scheduled group sessions and other approved locations.

Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure a secure and smooth ride.

Maintain a professional and supportive environment for clients during transport.

Conduct pre and posttrip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Ensure all clients are picked up and dropped off in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of transportation logs, mileage, and client attendance.

Assist clients in and out of the vehicle as needed, ensuring accessibility accommodations if necessary.

Communicate with staff regarding client pickups, dropoffs, and any concerns observed during transport.

Follow all confidentiality and HIPAA regulations to protect client information.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience as a driver, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or social services.

Ability to interact with individuals experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges with patience and respect.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Knowledge of local roads and GPS navigation.

Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.

Ability to assist clients in and out of the vehicle if needed.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. if required for mobility assistance.
