Job Responsibilities:
Line cooks prepare fresh scratch made food in accordance to established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures. Must have a commitment to food safety, cleanliness, proper food handling, and sanitation standards. Follow established opening, closing and cleaning schedules. Maintain a clean and food-safe environment Prepare, portion, and/or cook food items to quality specifications Assess stock levels of ingredients, items for freshness and quality, rotating product according to food safety standards
