Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman / Maintenance technician to join our team. We go around from 1-8 houses a day checking to make sure all is well, to do small handyman jobs and maintenance jobs like cleaning cushions, getting rid of spider webs etc.
I want someone who can put their phone away while working
I like to keep an 8am-4-5pm is schedule M-F. Saturday's will be offered sometimes for Extra OT pay.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance & repair.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.
Experience
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and coordination with team members or clients.
