We are Rausch PT, a progressive, therapist-owned rehab and wellness center with two locations in South Orange County, CA. We aren’t your average physical therapy practice. Our fun, dynamic team of young professionals helps active individuals—from ages 8 to 80—recover from surgery or injury, and more importantly, stay healthy for life. We emphasize holistic treatment, training, and preventative care.
We are looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team!

Responsibilities
- Physical Therapist, specializing in Manual Therapy, Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Activity-Specific Rehab
- Work with a highly active clientele, including post-surgical, sports, and orthopedic patients
- Focus primarily on Direct Access patients
- Develop individualized therapeutic exercise programs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in California
- New grads welcome! Our mentorship programs set you up for long-term success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and creative in developing treatment plans
- Enjoys working as part of a tight-knit team
- An active lifestyle or sports background is a plus!
